Anti-spam service battles bugs. A new, much-hyped service has been flooded with questions, frustrations and suggestions for improvement from the community it relies on to fight junk mail. [CNET News.com]
I think Cloudmark went public a _little_ too early - I couldn't get it to work. This demonstrates the company's open source roots, releasing early and often has different ramifications when you're a company providing a service for $$$, which they'll eventually be. The need is there, however - I believe they can get the tech to work.
Outlook integration is evil, but it can be done.

zaero says:

zaero says:
it's like Radio, only it's open source and written in....
zaero says:
PERL!!!!
zaero says:
i'm using CPAN... that thing is pretty fancy
John says:
I've been using AmphetaDesk for a few weeks now.
John says:
the one problem is, it doesn't show you RSS differences (just new stuff).
It shows you the whole RSS file each time for each of your channels
John says:
I contacted the author - he says that'll be fixed in the next release.
CPAN is peerless. It's why I love Perl.
