Calif. governor suspends official in Oracle deal [IDG InfoWorld] I don't understand why California doesn't say to Oracle and the reseller they bought the super-inflated license from, "We screwed up. Give us the dough back and we'll do business with you in the future." You would think they'd have to leverage to do this.
