(Register) This is absolutely freakin' sublime. An extraordinarily articulate defense of OSS/free software by a (alleged) Peruvian Congressman David Villanueva Nuñez. Buried down in the middle: Gartner (& MS): Cost of s/w is only 8% of total cost => services are bigger than product => MS claims of damage to economy from OSS are wildly inaccurate and self-serving.
