WSGI: Pathologically Portable Python
I am a big fan of web server api agnosticism, aka writing portable web code. Perl's CGI->FastCGI->PerlRun portability is very decent,
but I can only drool at the uberportability of running the same Python webapp across :
CGI
FastCGI
J2EE
HTTPServer.py
Twisted
mod_python
ASP(ASP.NET?), and
the shell for interactive debugging.
That blows my mind.
In other python news,
