Semantic web nerdvana at CMU.

How long until something like this crosses organizational boundaries? Is it years or decades to work out the data normalization and privacy issues?

Also, did you know that Ubuntu's canonical is also in the running for making arch++ ?

Not much detail on the site about what this entails, but the canonical+arch combo validates one of Tom's primary user targets : distro developer, for whom the complexity of arch is more than worth the power.
