Linux on Mainframes [SearchEnterpriseLinux]

I remember IBM launching a virtualized Linux hosting service. Starting at $400/mo. you'd get a Linux-flavored virtual slice of their mainframe that would be dynamically scalable. Although I acknowledge we're years away from this being a practical approach for SME's, the beauty/irony of Linux on big iron is that a small business could actually launch it's website on a mainframe and then migrate to self-hosted commodity servers at any time.
