Well, it's not really the Michael Yoon story, but it is his response to Philip and Eve's slightly revisionist "How VC's trashed our startup" stories.

I think Michael does a good job of pointing out that the guiltlessness of P & E was overplayed, given that they were decision-makers who actively solicited VC's and voluntarily signed term sheets.
