MyWebEx joins free remote access giveaway
Only good for 5 PCs, which is lame if you develop in VM's. Logmein is still my fav.

Gotovnc allows you to package an executable for clients configured to connect back to your desktop. Your client/customers/family just downloads an EXE and clicks connect. You have to take care of port forwarding on to the VNC viewer running in listener mode on your desktop, but if you're leery of allowing an intermediary to make your connections for you and fine with the port forwarding, it looks like a good free option.
